St. Michael'a were the visiting school today as their Senior 3rds took on our Senior 1st XV and their 4ths challenged our Senior 2nd XV. Our 2nds, mostly made up of Form IV pupils and with a few players playing their first ever game of rugby, finished second best with a final score of 55-7 - St.  Columba'a try coming from Esosa Eronmwon only points coming from the boot of George Guinness.

Our first XV put in a great shift, especially in defense, but couldn't prevent the visitors taking the victory. The game ended 27-3, with SCC's only points coming from the boot of Callum Perry Knox Gore. However, the performance was very encouraging overall and this young team looked hungry throughout. A losing start to the season but the signs look good.
